InFight working properly?

Do the functions InFight and OthersInFight work right now since the EOC update made the health bars of others the same color as the player's? I want a script to detect fights but when another player is standing on top of me (center screen), it detects that as a fight.

I can always check for Damage but I'd rather use InFight.

I don't think so, but there was a thread recently that you can read to find out how you can detect the fight.
