What are xs, ys, xe, and ye?

Hey, i'm a beginner scripter, and I'm trying to code a basic gem cutter script for a RSPS, I've encountered a problem when trying to use FindColorTolerance, and following the example at the bottom of Simba, I've already gotten the X,Y (Basic).. and the color, i've gotten stumped when comming to the next part. (Refer to title).

If anyone can give any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
