How come i cant download scripts?

Well i came here to post some scripts and get some new scripts. But i relized that i cannot download any?

Well when i go to download a script and i do my computer wont recongnize it.

Yes i have WinRAR but it still dosent work.

Did you download scar? If you did open it up and go to tools-associate .scar files. DON'T DO THIS IF YOU'RE USING SCAR 3.01.

You do not need winRAR to open a script. A .scar script will open useing scar.

But my computer cant recongnize the file when i try and download the scar script on this SITE!

download scar, lol.

download click "install" near the the top of the script~
open the file.
it will say "oh noes wtf is dis?"
press open with...
click on scar
