Problem Downloading SRL

When i try accessing the page where you can download SRL it just says that i dont have access to the page and i really need it to use scripts and stuff.... Can anyone tell me why this is and how do i get to download or copy and paste a link

Is this because im ranked as a "chicken" and need to be ranked as a "member"?

This is what happens when i click on "Download" on the left hand side of the screen:

the exact same happens to me, is it becausei have like never posted before until now?

im not sure well it works for me and maybe its because you have very low post count? :confused:
