Hello. Tommorow I plan on learning to script, I do a Computing Degree in which I'm doing some programming so I figured it would be useful to get a bit of knowledge on the subject, plus I'd like to create scripts for myself and maybe if they're decent enough, for the community too.

I plan on scripting for 2007 Scape only, I realise there already are guides on how to code in SRL, but I need to know if these guides already on the site are valid for the 2007 Game, as I don't want to start learning only to find out im learning the wrong things.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of where too start?

Thanks.

This section will get you started with learning Pascal: http://villavu.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=492.

Some procedures/functions from the SRL include are only for the updated game, not 2007Scape. Although some do work with it! For the 2007Scape include, please refer to this link: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=96863. Please remember though, this isn't official and is still being created.
