Anyone know of a good and cheap vps service? I'd much prefer buying from an actual company than a private person, looking for something in the $5-15/mo range.

How about payment options? I would rather something else than paypal, or if paypal is necessary to have support for paypal credit/debit card payment without registering. I don't trust paypal with locking my debit card to an account.
