Need help setting up simba bot and for old school rs please

Trying to set up using the tutorials on this site although when i put the code in to see if its running correctly and press run i get back and error from smartremote32.exe saying 'This application has failed to start beacuse MSVCR100.dll was not found. Re-installing this application may fix this problem.'
Yes i have reinstalled and still happening? Cheers for any help guys
