How To Shut Down Other People's Computers!

It does not work in my school. When i try "shutdown /i" i wrotes "You have no acess to do that" or something like that.

also i think their ip will be on your network ips if you im them or msn them

Oh, and one problem: Sometimes the computers at school don't let us access anything in the start menu other than "Shut Down" or "Log Out". Is there any other way to access the command prompt window? Thanks.

My laptop and main computer both use the same internet connections and whatnot, but it doesn't say they are connected to the same network. Shouldn't they be?
