got banned on 4 accs today, w8n to see if my other accs are getting banned.

all 4 were mains using only simba, probs gonna keepbotting but gonna be smarter about it
edit: all were permed with no previous bans for botting & it was only the accs that I botted last night/today

More background on usage would be helpful I think. Sorry to hear about this :(

Was this rs3 or osrs? Did you use a private script or no?

all private scripts

If your usage was reasonably human then perhaps the antiban wasn't good enough?

it can't be just reports. My fresh ones we're banned who were botting in an area that nobody visits. 2 of them so far that i checked. No big deal they're no worth to me.

I doubt it was a mod coming up to me / people reporting.

one of the accs I'd only started botting yesterday (it hadn't been botted since before eoc & never had a macroing warning of any kind).

the other 3 had been going pretty hard for the past 2 weeks

2 of the accs had 80+ slayer & 95 pray along with other good main stats (cant remember em all perfectly tbh :p )
1 was a beastly rune pure, 50 def 80 att 99 str/magic 96 summoning 97 dung 2-3 sets of full tribrid void (with the chaotics & deflector pieces to match)
edit: oh and 3 of them had the 5 year vet cape =p
0 macroing warnings on all of them (I have access to more mains that've previously been reset for botting so I didn't touch them, thinking that these would get a warning if I was to get banned...instead of perms -.- )

Didn't happen anymore since I updated antiban.

yeah, gonna have to have a LOT more focus on the antiban. jagex got vicious ^_^

It has to do with a new or old account that hasn't played in a while or at all being on like 4-10 hours straight.

that's not completely true, the account that I just started doing the day before it got banned had been actively pvming & questing for about a month prior to the ban.

Then it was a player report. That's the only explanation. We're you pvming with a bot or legit? How long you botted on it a day, more than 6 hours?

as long as powerbot doesn't change simba is safe.
If powerbot would change to color detection ... But I don't think it will cus that would break all scripts

as far as I know is jagex focusing on bannning powerbot users.
If they can ban all powerbot users they banned 90% of all botters.
Jagex detects the powerbot client, but if powerbot will become a color detection bot, jagex will try to find methods to detect color detection bots ... this will hurt simba
But I don't think powerbot will change to color detection.

But they are making a color bot. It's coming out in about 1-2 months or so, i've read.

Yeah even if they don't ban players based on their login times there's a lot of factors to account. They also said that theres just a few players who play 10+ hours a day every day. Others do too but not every day. So you we're either reported or just hit by a random ban? I don't think so. It was a report.

Some of you are missing the alone part and thinking they don't care about login times. Login time is a factor when banning accounts, but not the only factor.

You should post the herb script for peer review; based on what you said it's a strong suspect. If they were nooby account I might think otherwise.

Running 24h 7 days a week no ban :)

I honestly thought this a common knowledge? I keep tabs on multiple bots. As for PB, go to them and search "looking glass" 6.1. Now it doesn't exactly says color bot on that particular thread. But the one i've read before (a few weeks back or a month, i can't find it now) they said they are "leaving" reflection injection and "downgrading".. which can only mean color/OR something else, which i doubt. But downgrade? Color seems even more advanced if done right.

Yep. 95% of their scripters would be unable to make scripts until they learned, and many would probably just leave to script for a different java bot. Meanwhile the whole leecherbase would be complaining that there aren't any scripts in the SDN besides a high alcher and a bone buryer.

So I did as you said.. there is nothing in that thread which even comes close to hinting towards making a color-based system, so i have my doubts.

Yeah since they don't have to get he colors and i take it scripting for color is leaps more difficult comparing to reflection. Where it just lays everything for you. Still. If they are downgrading from that what else can it be other than color? I have my doubts too but i don't see any other way.

That would be good and bad at the same time. Good, less bots. Bad less bots. While jagex are busy dealing with other bots, they don't mind us, what happens if pb moves to color or something similar, it's ggwp indeed.

They might go down the openGL/DirectX hooking route. We can already do these things with Simba (thanks to Brandon) but no body really uses them to their potential.

Just to clear everything up. PowerBot are not turning into a colour bot. RSBot 6.1 will be a reflection client, I could not find the post but Timer proved this via saying they are not going to have models due to the change.

From what I know about paris (reading his posts & speaking with him), I doubt he'd be interested in color botting, however timer is a whole other story and he doesn't really post publicly much either =/

If you read what I've posted about it on this thread, you'll see that it was a non-issue in this specific situation & if you view other peoples posts on villavu in general, you'll see that it's a non-issue there too (many people have botted for VERY long times without having a problem, both very recently and in the past)

it may be or may not be. Moving from injection can mean two things, color or dancing rainbow ponies. Either way it's a good thing. And what do you mean a liar? The info is as good as it gets. Want to make sure? Surf pb forum threads til u find an admin post about it.

Same thing just happened to me using OSBot today. I had the account since 2008 and she finally comes to rest jsut two days before my birthday ;(
