Yea I got dual core a couple weeks ago. Before that I couldn't VM auto + more than 3 firefox tabs, now its smooth.

It's my fault. I didn't realize vista skips over LM and only uses NT. So I was like, pff no problem I can do it. Recommendation to anyone with two cores:
Set it to run on one of your cores (realtime), then run another on your second core and set it to normal priority
No slowdown whatsoever (atleast for me)
