Obsessed perfectionistic robotic ego maniac that has the uncanny ability to grind for hours upon weeks only to raise a numerical value (a goddamn useless number) glowing on his monitor so he can impress millions upon millions of 13yr old boys worldwide.
There's no doubt he's lost out on other aspects of life (health, relationships, etc). Sad.
On a side note,
Zezima really likes the Thieving skill.
He didn't give an average playing time/week amount, meaning he's probably too ashamed to admit he's freaking addicted to the game and has no life. LOL.

I do beleive that zezima has macroed.. quite some time actually.. explains why he he has been off the highscores for quite a few times.
Here are my theories:
1.) Plays 24/7
2.) Uses his college brain of his to create a macro so perfect that JageX cannot detect it
3.) Has connections working in Jagex Corp. and gets a helping hand
4.) Zezima is an icon perpetrated by Jagex in order to encourage players to get ahead of him
5.) A networking wiz who knows his way around servers, packet editing and what not.
How is he supposed to macro .. No matter where he goes there's a billion noobs shouting "zezima!!11! z0mg we loves you!!11".. Isn't macroing about.. Not getting noticed? :)
A example about how people react to him.. Some 84 combat guy was training at rock crabs and then shouted "omfg!!!!!!!!!!".. I asked him "what?" and he answered "omfg zezimas priveat chat just flashed online!!"... :)

GoF that is exactly why he can macro 1)Nobody would suspect him. 2)He always has his chats off except for when they flash online so he wouldn't have to respond to all those people because he wouldn't even see them.

Haha, I've seen it flash before. I added it for laughs. Once, he left it on for a long time and everyone was switching to his world. I switched too and there were tons of people running around saying things like:
