I would have to say woodcutting, as it is an easy skill to auto, there are lots of scripts and it is an O.K. money maker.
Wc has gotta be the best to macro as there is a wide range of scripts;)

I'd say woodcutting, but I don't know for sure.
I would say woodcutting and mining are the best skills to auto with.
id say woodcutting and fletching but u dont even need to use a script to fletch. ive used workspace micro and just watched the screen and it worked well.
Wood cutting yews is profitable but all the scripts are annoying and i find myself getting tons of randoms and having to fix them often meaning I can only auto for less than 6 hours with out resetting the script
Mining is hugely profitable but you get banned often and is labor intensive on the human,
Runecrafting on a high level runecrafter is amazingly profitable (6 airs from 1 essance = 80gp per essacne * 28 = 2.2k per run * 20 runs an hour = 44k per hour) but still not that reilable
Mining and woodcutting all the way.
Runecrafting of course.

but if it was 2 i would choose mining and wcing

I make tons of magic log fires and people pay me to make cool designs with them. Magic logs on fire look really cool for those who've never been members.

I think that the answer would depend on the skills, time allotted, and most of all, the luck of the user. If all went well I think that at mid-levels mining would take the prize, but at the high levels, Runecrafting.
Woodcutting (Yews), I think. Mostly because Yews are valuable.
