Bitmap Help

I loaded 2 Bitmaps (.bmp image files), a set of logs, and a tinderbox. I got two radically different results;

Notice that the tinderbox bitmap is incredibly short, while the log bitmap is nice and long.

I tried to load the log bitmap, and then checked it, but I did the tinderbox bitmap and it gave me, well, this.

meh im a lil sleepy maybe im not looking at code right but it looks fine to me?

i do advise you to make your tinderbox bitmap a lil bigger and your log one a lil smaller tho :D

It's fine its the size of the bitmap the larger the bitmap the more code

Try to reduce a bitmap as much as you can! If you don't, it will cause a lot of lag on your system..

Did anyone try to load the BPM from the string? it doesn't work... I'll try to make the logs smaller and the tinderbox bigger, but the logs work fine... It's the tinderbox I'm worried about.

EDIT: I tried remaking the bitmaps and I redid the code and I got this;
