what is the freeze rate?

I just downloaded the powerskills v3, are these scripts meant for leveling my main or what? and what is the freeze rate, are they detectable and such? Thanks in advance.

freeze rate is like how likely it is that I'd get banned for using them.

You know, like what Iceman can do, "Freeze!".

The ban rate is not up to the script (especially if it is a good script, like by a dev), it is up to how you use it. Read some tuts on how to auto correctly and check out the strategy section.
