Have you guys tried using the hint word to help identify the shapes. I remember one of them was 'pirate' and that meant i had to look for jewels. If the anti-random script found that the hint keyword matched one of the ones in its database then it would be much faster to find the shapes. Other than that I can't think of another way to solve it other than the script taking realtime screenshots and analyzing the bitmaps and cross referencing them to known ones in the script.
I get this one a lot during mining so its super annoying. I think that this random needs to be solved or else SCAR's popularity will be jeopardized (i get these every 20-40 mins) because I know that doing this in java would probably be easier than pascal.

I don't trust any with my lvl 93 main, 11m-15m cash and items. BUT...
Couldn't you upload your script and let us run it while we do the random. Is there any possiblity that you can tell us the exact way you would do the random if you had goten it and let us do it while running your script. Then we send you the pics your script took?

Just as a heads up, this random doesn't happen everywhere. In the mining guild i have NEVER gotten it (and i've mined 4k coal there). In varrock east however; i've gotten it about 6 times while mining 4.5k iron.
Varrock Mines you say? Excellent. I haven't got this random yet and I wish to get it :p
So far at the Falador Mines (not in the Guild), I haven't received him yet...(despite getting about 6 levels).
Almost opposite for me lol. I've only had 1 or 2 in Varrock East, but about 5 or 6 in the guild...:pQuote:

Do you know if the items' rotation speeds are consistent in their own...type?
Ex.
Fish - 500 MPH
Fish - 500 MPH
Sword - 800 MPH
Or if they vary between speeds, just fast enough to keep a bot from recognizing them?
Speeds vary. So does rotational axis.

No, Boreas already has a script for it. I just sent time an account of mine and he ran his script on it. Since I found my character back where it got teled from with the random event's reward, I'm assuming it worked fine. Or at least he learned how to improve it.Quote:

Maybe it would be possible to use the border on the items to 'draw' a circle? If the object length is different, then it might be possible to watch a sword spin for 30 seconds, get the highest radius, and then the circumference...

Idk much about scripting yet(like making own functions and stuff) but would it be possible for that screenshot script to be running while doing that random and be constantly comparing screen shots that would be stored in some variable?
Or just look at the columns and like have it take screenshot find a box and compare it with a variable already stored until it is true..and I have just lost myself there.

Some times i get when i just telly to a place like fally and walk around for little. (happened a couple of times to me other week) Practically when i was just wasting time doing somthing then forgeting what to do lol. Sometims i just remember to do somthing and forget. Annoys me so much.
You can get this random while doing anything. Wether its just idling, wc, mining, fishing, construction, ect. You'll probably get this random.Quote:
