Lol, jk, but I was doing this under an oak tree yesterday.
I dont have a connection at my house. I jsut got a good wireless aerial and luck enough there is a unsecured connection round me. It is fairly obvious if she is on your network. Well depending on your router. Generally it will list the address it has handed out through dhcp. You could always just turn of dhcp. Go to class b address and then usually no one is smart enough to put in a static class b address.
Not that many people remember them anyways. Most people use either A or C classes so you shoudl be fine with that. Meh. WHo really cares? See if you can netsend her. That would be funnier.

Make a WEP key its like a password.
Its very simple to set up. Just go to 192.168.1.1 in your address bar.
thats the default address for a linksys wireless router.
And simply read on from there!!!!!!
And if i were u ill hury because she can install your printer to her laptop over the wireless connection. That sucks trust me i had a neighbor like that. They would print things on my printer!!!!
