About the UBI Bot and IMPSoft.

I have been getting a lot of questions as to why I am involved with UBI. I want to straighten some things out here:

1. I am not involved with UBI!
2. I have nothing against IMPSoft's Geno and Ruler, if they want to make money, fine with me, but I dont want to have anything to do with that. IMHO, money will eventually only cause trouble, especially with cheaters.
3. SRL is FREE. Portions will be published under the GNU public Licence. You are free to use it. You are free to modify it as long as you abide GNU rules.
4. The SRL-Community will not be involved with anything illegal/immoral. If it turns out that UBI does intrude any legal issues or rape worlds with lvl-3 mules, I will refuse to further participate, and SRL will stop developing for the mass.
4. Eventually we can not withhold progress. MultiClient Bots will emerge, for sure. Better step in and help than to create a war. It is for that reason I have given IMPsoft -for testing purposes only- my Lumbridge Swamp Miner/Banker, which is IMHO one of the most solid scripts I have ever made. It dont want it to be packaged with UBI, but I figured they needed some serious script to test it on.
6. I have been long enough in this scene to understand that nothing can be kept secret. I dont trust anyone, thus I trust everyone. I hold firmly in my believe that we are the finest coders around, and I expect this community to live up to it's moral standards. Geno sais: "I have acces to all SRL-Scripts". I believe him. I can only express the hope that our work will not be treated disrespectful, not thrown to the leeching majority.
7.We are doing our outmost to keep this community free of thieves. We have loyal contributors, and we all know how steep SRL's learning curve is. So, I will issue this warning once again: If I run into any legal/immoral trouble whatsoever, I will not hesitate to Shut Down my Server. No problem at all my friends, it is just a power switch.... Remember: I dont need you, you need me!

Let me end by giving some Random Thoughts for UBI, maybe IMP could take those into consideration to avoid trouble, but it is ofcourse really up to them to make any rules :D:

4. Try persuading your members to Auto Safely and Wisely. Remove big-time lvl-3 mule abusers.

6. Keep it legal! Against the rules fine, if it is illegal then SRL's out

Correct, Fawki is not involved.

Right now scar is limits the number of bots due to its cpu usage. I cna only run 2 on a amd-semprone wiht 512k ram. I imagine some of you will be able to run more than 4.

R-bot will be much more efficint than scar.

Why are we using scar? because its the only thing that can test UBI.
UBI is very easy to interface with. You just

R-bot will be built on top of UBI.

Do I have srl's stuff, yes.

Will R-bot have tons of lvl-3's trolling the world?
depends on scripts, but is is possible.

How does it work? right now it hooks in at the java level.
Aryan hooked in it a step after that, at the client level which is built on top of java.
This allows a long lifescan due the client remaining untouched. Scar hooks in at the operating system level.

This is the best of both worlds requiring talent from both spectrums.

See any limitations I build into it will be cracked. All those tings running in th demo are not necessary.
in its complete form you will operate it just like always but you wont notice that it is interfacing with UBL.

-- already have done that but we also clear the uid right before every login.

-- there isnt a way to remove abusers as abusers know something about java and etc that if we do have any sort of auth system they could remove it

-- All depends on the scripts and thier computers i figure that people will be able to use less than a third of the amount of bots that they were able to use with aryan or even far less than that.

6. Keep it legal! Against the rules fine, if it is illegal then SRL's out

I <3 the gnu/gpl fawkawi, but if srl is under that license than it goes both ways, under the gnu/gpl:

1. they can use it however they want, as much as they want with no permission/input at all from you or anyone else.

but

2. the gnu/gpl is a viral license, if they use it then they MUST release the rest of thier program under the gnu/gpl, no questions asked.

so half a dozen of one, 6 of the other ;) (is that only an old american saying? idk :p)

yes but there sint a way to compiole scar code or is there? so we are abideing by that law no amtter what mopar we dont have to realse the soruce to the UBI side since its a different program. its like saying since my program on windows is gnped that windows should be made open source.

Actually that is the opposite of what Mopar is saying. He is saying that if you use our gnu/gpl then your program must be open source, not that if your program is gnu/gpl that Microsoft all of a sudden has to release the source to Windows because of a program the uses their software to work.

Basicly im saying your wrong.

Most people, who will buy this, will be level 3's. They will want to start cheating as soon as possible.

this would be hard to do (flipping screens would be fairly easy in one script..) ;) but not deleting uid.dat or anything.. just a simple switch :)

Yeah I thought flipping could be pretty easily done with a procedure to make scripts wait until it's their turn (their screen is active) with one script controlling all others. Then again, I'm very lazy..

Anybody ever used slave? They didn't even credit the original aryan devs,they apparently made the whole thing. (<-- which they didnt)

Parts of it were implemented in sbot3 by semphaore.
I modified it to work with slave. I never said slave was not partly aryan. I said it was renamed due to how raciest the aryan devs were. They have nazi site names and kids didn't like having their parents see "Aryan" on their computer screen, the name.

Note the mousemanger had to be modifed for mine to work. Also not aryan's orgnial sent all the mouse events at once, thus the Jagex thread missed all of them (it grabs every 150ms) Mine spaced them over time.
