ok I downloaded the SRL 4. It gave me a "SRL" folder. I went in the SRL folded and coppy pasted everything to the "Includes" folder. Next I coppy and pasted the "place inside plugins folder" into the "Plugins" folder.
After I did all this I went inside the "includes" folder and double clicked on the "SRL" and then played it. I got this error message:

After all that, I went ahead and tried going to file > Download SRL and also Download includes and did both of those. And now the only errors I get is:

So yes I followed every step and still..something is up! Either tutorial is wrong or i'm just stupid and keep on missing a step.
yeah your missing a step.
when you download it you should be using winwar to extract it to your computer and it will do everything for you.
there should be no copying and pasting?

I have srl4. I used the last 2 versions of this pc script too, they kinda worked but this doesnt :/
I click on it and there is two options when i install SRL 4. there is an "open" and there is a "save". I click on Open and this happenes:

@crazy7. ok you are in the right place. now at the very top where it has like the picture (add, extract to, test, etc.) click the 'extract to' one. then browse to your scar folder, single click on the 'includes' foler and click extract. a box should come up asking you to overwrite, just hit 'overwright all' and then boom you're done..
Well i still had few problems.
Good that you have fixed running on map, monster searching and running all over the pc island but there are still few problems.
*It is searching monsters but clicks on landscape or something, because its almost same color.
*Usually i have problem that i don't get my kill count over 50 because it doesn't attack that much monsters, portals.
*When dies then stays at the boat
*Sometimes when game ends he stayes over there and doesnt do anything.
*Sometimes when game ends he goes travelling on pc island, that takes way too long time, it should play more the game(PC) than running on island.. But it is good that it runs because its not botlike..
***Your script is going only better and better.. No script can't be perfect bro :)***
Finaly I got my srl running and everything is set. I set up the box when i press play and everything is good. It clicks "run" and gets on the boat and when it goes to the island, my character just sits there and does nothing. Am I doing something wrong?
BTW: Once the PC is over and im still sitting in the boat havnt moved at all, We all obvourse go back to the plank. I just sit there also. So pritty much once it clicks me to go into the boat, thats when it just stops for good, even though its still running.

Yeah, I'v tried it many times. I'd say a good 15 times and just tried it now again. Reinstalled it (V2.31) and all just now and still same thing. It just stops when i get to this point: http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/2349/74811197bv1.jpg
as with 99% of all other scripts, make sure your playing in LOW detail with your rs screen brightness on its highest

Does it 100% have to be on low quality? Just curous. Im about to go back and try again on low qaulity. Because it was on High before. But it was already on full brightness. :) thanks

hey i tested it out and its glitchy. The first pc I did it went alright..it was real slow on killing monsters but i finaly got the 50 points to earn the credit for that one pc. After it brought me back to the dock, it clicked the message box thing saying that we won and then sent me to the bank and just sat there, the mouse was just randomly moving after that. Thats all it did for the rest of the time..

well i can't really PREVENT it from happening much but now it should autofix within 30 secs
sweet, other than that. Just see if you can make the fighting go faster. Like it finds monsters quicker than it is doing now. It has a LONG waiting period. or something is up :P Anyways it keeps on getting better and better. keep it up. Soon enough it will be perfect. GL
ok it did one great round, but then after it was over it clicked the screen that says we won then froze on the second screen.
Well it still doesn't attack monsters much.. Like 3 monsters with 1 game.
And going back on the boat is still a big problem.

ok i tested it out again. Every time Win or Lose it goes back into the boat fast and perfect. But.. some times it just stays in the boat the whole game and other times it runs out but doesnt kill any monsters.. And thats it. So if you can fix those 2 things then its pritty much perfect.

i think something is wrong with my color.scar cuz i tried with other scripts...i got all "...in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.11\includes\SRL/SRL/Core/Color.scar"
i have scar 3.11 and srl 4 beta, they've all been extracted...i have yet to succesfully use scar so help me out

Derek...i think you should just have him fight in the center protecting the void because running near the portals seems to not be so reliable and sometimes never gets enough zeal =/

Works great except when you choose the 40+ combat boat it turns the compass the wrong way and searches for plank in the ocean. Also when you choose the attack center option, it never leaves the boat once you arrive on the island.
