Its because you automatically get access to the scripts, but an admin has to mnually change your rank. And they only do this every 1 or 2 months, it would get anoying to do it every day.

whats with all the lack of respect to the mods in this forum, im not trying to suck arse. but this forum is free, a very small requirement of 10 posts is asked which isnt a hard task, for starters you could introduce yourself, even ask questions..
the scripts are all written for free using other peoples time, and you act like your all being hard done by. times like these reminds me that the majority of runescape players are 10yr old kids obsessed with pixel money. sad.
I hate to see poeple complain on how hard it is to get 10 posts. Its not that hard these are easy achievements compared to what i saw on other sitesQuote:
