I am using the SMART version, and I keep receiving the following error;

hmmm? help anyone? i have no clue. Im using scar 3.15 with srl revision #15 when I got this error. I did try redownloading the includes but no luck. Also I did try restarting my computer but still no luck :'(. Thank you in advance for any advice.
