What Happened to Kaitnieks?

Hi all, just wondering what happened to the person that got us here...Kaitnieks! So..All I know is that $hagex threatened him with the law or something...

Please fill me in as I feel this is a major part of the scar history that I do not know about

Well last I heard he was toying around with alternative space experiments.

I never heard from him again after he said he was trying to calculate the average density of darkmatter.

Yea i was a leecher back in the days of Kaitneiks... :redface:

From what I remember it went like this:

Jagex throws a hissy fit about how the kaitneiks forum was destroying runescape with our cheating....Andrew threatens to sue Kaitneiks....Kaitneiks doesnt want to deal with a lawsuite so he backs down and shuts down the site

thats how I think it happened, but that was a while ago and my memory is a bit spotty :rolleyes:

And from what I remember he could have won the lawsuit :p. Its been forever I know the details but after many years... the rumors have mixed with the truth :p (in my head).

Even if Kait didn't win the law suit, he could've just pwned RS then anyways :p lol

So..Whose the next "Kaitnieks"? Freddy, WT-Fakawi or the new SRL leader? (Can't remember his name, sorry!) if you get what I mean... I'd say Freddy is the new Kaitnieks because of all his work on scar but it's not what i mean. I think of Kaitnieks of the person that bought us together, so whose kept us together now?

The main reason he was sued was the hosting of private servers that ran runescape, as this enfringed copyright...

I thought I answered everyones question when I said he got a life.

Seeing that picture of Aivars Irmejs is almost making me cry my lungs out. There is our God, standing like he was an ordinary guy. Which he, in my world, is not. He is way bigger. How can one man create a community, so big, with absolutely 100% honesty and generousity ? My head can't carry the fact that this man is actually a person. I have never imagined a picture of him. I don't know why this is.

He is a total idol. He deserves more credit than he gets.

They left his image on blumentals to remember him,
He actually calculated the density and created a semi vortex of mass bannage.

He NEVER DID GET SUED.
HE GOT THREATENED.
BUT IN REALITY HE WENT AWAY TO experiment with dark matter.

when srl 4 was released everyone had prblems with svn and i hopped right on the problem and helped fawki out :p
then i made a tut and it got stickied :p

Stupid3000, Khain and Kaitnieks were my idols back in the day. Of all of them, Khain probably the most, just because of his amazing scar tutorial that really got me into scripting. He was like a god :P
