I didn't ban him, I think RAM did. His first account Hiro_monkey was banned so he make this one and spammed up the forums with harrasing and vulger threads.. How many rules has he broken...
1. 2 account
2. Offensive language
3. Comming back after a ban
4. Spam
5. Insulting other members
By the time we banned him he had like 12 or more infractions...
