ok firstly.. what is ScarScape if u dont know...

It's a modified Runescape Client.. which runs the game with few auto friendly feautures- Like- comapss is perfect - no angle changes, also colours dont change..

that makes it perfect for walking script

it also does not create UID.dat that can kill your bot army

Most people say it's undetectable and safe- also good if u auto on many accounts for big ammounts of time


but some of SRL members says that Jagex monitores compass angles... and how randomless it becomes same with colours

personally i dont think that Jagex can check how much was your compass angle randomly moved...


but i want some people that know stuff about it to express their oppinions about safeness of ScarScape

I've used SS extensively with SRL scripts and no bans as of yet. I don't think they watch the compass angle, but the colors still have me suspicious.

Wow. That's pretty handy o_0. And what is UID.dat?

UID.dat doesn't exist anymore. It has been replaced by random.dat. It identifies the players that are from the same computer (it can only do this if you don't delete it)

ScarScape doesn't work with the newest update. Looks like jagex fux0red it.

Only unsigned client doesn't store the random.dat.

Used ScarScape quite extensively, Jagex never seem to have noticed. If they do manage then theres nothing against their rules as far as I can see to ban you for just using ScarScape, though I guess they would keep a closer eye on you.

If I got banned for using ScarScape then I would send in an appeal simply saying I find the fact my compass keeps moving annoying so I went and got this client that stopped it moving. Hopefully they wouldnt be able to come against that.

Well I am wondering about it because when I am running Masterkill's PC script the gangplank seems to change color on me and ends up only working for about one hour and I am getting tired of having that happen.

I am worried though that if I use SS chances of my members account getting banned is a lot more.

Any other options?

im scared about the banning too :(

We don't use tolerance because of undetectability, we click randomized coordinates.

Hmm. Is this still around? I have heard people say that Jag. fixed it. And with the randomized clicks are you talking about rectangles? Or does SCAR just use a randomized x,y position?

I followed the instructions on his site but I don't get them, what do I do?

ummm 1 problem i been having scarscape for weeks on end now and just a few days ago i was loading it clicked mem world and then the screen just goes blank any suggestions?

I used scarscape alot on my skiller b4 i sold him, i used it for around 2 months and never once got banned, u have about as much a chance of getting banned scripting w/normal runescape as you do with scarscape... just don't bot like a moron and u'll be fine(as in don't bot without rests)

Sweet, I was worried about getting banned by using Scarscape, but now I feel kind of more confident to use it, thanks guys, you all made me not to worry anymore :D:D

wow this scarscape thing seems pretty kewl but until i can find a good auto miner im not gonna bother getting it

Hmm so what kind of scripts is this good for? SCAR has color matching so why would keeping the camera the same help?

SS runs but its not HD.

Unfortunately the new HD version of the game runs through the java native interface to a collection of opengl binaries they've distributed to each user.

These can be found here:
C:\WINDOWS\.jagex_cache_32\runescape

If/when jagex changes the game over to HD for good I'll probably have to look into hacking these binaries in order to keep scarscape alive.

ok i have a question can you loggin with a runescape account and if so all stats you got up are they change din rs 2??

nvm i have found out they will and does anyone know a good essminer or flax picker that works for the new rs

Hmm been reading, im no script user myself but im trying to get some good scripts to lvl up in range (pure) and also wc . Ill try to use ScarScape, as far as ive read, it seems as safe as autoing on normal runescape :D well i guess all i need now is a good script and to learn how to actually make the scripts work :P Thx for SS btw!

JaGex isn't as advanced as most people think...
