How do i make a non-rs script?

I saw this bit and i was wondering ^^(Title)^^

What do i need to learn and can someOne help me because i want a script that draws a smiley face on paint :D anyOne help?

i would suggest looking through the scar help manual. smilies could be drawn with a few mouse moves and clicks.

Maybe by drawing a spline?
Or maybe CircleMouse?
Or just maybe a lot of mouse clicks.
