what's the diffrence between regular runescape and scarscape? is scarscape better for not getting banned?
Last I checked, which wasn't very recently, the only differences were that Scarscape's colors never change and it sets the compass to perfect north always.
The coordinates for symbols and the likes on the minimap never change either. So it's great for bad scripts. A great script should be able to recoignize a symbol (or another thing) no matter where it's located.Quote:

Oh, by the way, ScarScape makes you shit giant flies - and they doesn't even change colour, and they won't even rotate while not doing it.

There has been a lot of debate on whether or not Jagex can detect that you're running ScarScape. As told about 3 times above me, it locks the compass and makes the colors the same, which is done through client editing. And in client editing lays the debate if it's detectable or not. But as far as I know, and as far as I've experienced, it's completely undetectable. But we never know :D
And now that I think of it, I'm not even sure if it works with the new RS-Interface.

Yeah, whenever i used SCARSCAPE i couldn't lock the compass. But i think it is set to a Perfect North every time you log in with your Runescape character.Quote:

I did definetly not understand your comment on the hotlinking. Hotlinking is always bad as you use Sythes bandwidth without giving him credit by showing his site.
