Well, same story like n3sses, my banker what had 6m on it is still banned,
Got banned for rule 7, for obitaining macroed items...my other like 7-8 accs are still banned...
i broke rule #1 (flooding chat screen) and thats the only rule i ever broke on this account... still banned...? lame..

heres my respawnse to some of the things i saw in this topic:
#1 if you got caught real world trading, your black mark doesn't go away (doesn't matter if you did real world trade or just between your account, because jagex still think you are real world trading)
#2 the original statement made by jagex was "we take real world trading and macroing VERY SERIOUSLY, and who ever broke thoses 2 rule will get a instent 10black mark perm ban", that was back then when the rs was FILLED with autoers (lvl 3) and real world trading wasn't THAT much of a problem (its not like you see hundres of lvl 3s waiting in bank or placese waiting to give pepople mils), and now because there isn't that much of macroers (MAJOR IMPROVEMENT) so they started to focouse on RWT
#3 according to what i know of the rs rule, you can be reported for rule one for any of these following action
#1: swearing on/off censer (means making a picture of a penis in chat or @$$ can get you some black mark)
#2: spamming, spamming the chat or make it impossible to see other people's action (other people's trading or what other people are saying) can also get ou some black mark
#4 after jage'x offence change, rule 7 (thrid party software) can get you from 0.5-5 black mark depends on (too complicated to explain) but mostly ou people will get is 0.5

From about 5 black marks to 1.1 I think, black marks have been on for so long I forget.
edit: LOL. I tried to log into one of my bots today and was discouraged to see "Your account has been disabled". I was pretty pissed because they are all 50+ combat with 70+ mining and wc (and I was using them to test my air crafter). I go to the appeal box - .5 black marks out of 10 and a 10 day ban. Oh my god I laughed after that.
Yeah i think they cut down on the amount of the black marks like someone else said. I went on my friends account, which used to have 5.6 black marks and now has 0.6 black marks. Good find :).
my main is still banned but i got 15.0 black marks
I didn't get 1 thing...where do i write the appeal?:)
