All I've got to say is get your own computer. You can ask your friends or parents if they got an old one lying around. If you can do that, then try to fix it up a bit if it sucks. Learn as much as you can about how a computer runs then see if you got some good hardware lying around.
If all else fails, get a PayPal account, earn some money online, then buy one.

I just have one question about that... Do your parents need to know you're doing that ? I don't think so. Do it when they are not there.
