1. Creating your army!
First off, make no names related to mining, like MiningMan, MiningOwnza, T3hMina. Never do that, that shouts, "Report me for Autoing!".
Make all the accounts different names...
Bad Example: TimerOwnz1, TimerOwnz2, TimerOwnz3 (Although these are great names!)
Good Example: HippozAreQute, RubberDucks834, Psycho Boy 08, WarriorMan69.
Now That You Have Created Some Accounts, Run This.
Tut Runner
If any bugs occur, just manually run the rest, about 10 Min's per account in full manual.
2. Leveling Your Mining Army!
These characters are noobs!!! Do NOT use them!!!
All of your chars should be close to the chicken field, quickly go on each one, and take them to the lumby north east chicken field.
Now you got three choices:
ForeFeathers
ChickenSweeper
ChickenKiller
Level your characters stats to about 20 - 20 - 20
All these are very good scripts, I'd personally prefer ForeFeathers by munk.
These 20 - 20 - 20 Stats will only take about 3 - 4 hrs per account if I'm not mistaken.
I myself, would maybe go to 20 - 20 - 40.
3. Beginning Mining
First of all, I'd recommend moving your Army to VEM (Varrock East Mine), it's a quick, easy route. About a min per player.
Then, run my updated version of Pwnaz0rs Power miner.

Get there mining up to about 20 - 30 On every account, a night or two should do!
4. Start Some Fast Levels!
Two options.
VWM
Varrock_East_Miner
Run the Iron Miner by Masterkill or munk, get the mining to about 50 or 60.
This mining will take about 2 days per account. After levels, sell the iron and by some armor for your character! Get him looking like a normal player, and by lots of pic axes!
During the leveling, usually repositioning every 24hrs, buy the highest available pic axes, at least 3 of them, keep the lower ones, it will use them if good ones out.
5. Getting The Army Rollin
You'll want to use LSM
Use it till you have 65 - 70 mining... This will bring you lots of cash while the levels are going up!
6. The Cash!
It's about time you got 70 mining!!! :D
Sell all the Coal, and buy as many rune pic axes u can, and some more armor too!
I'd prefer running the chicken killer again, getting the stats to 40 - 40 - 40 / 60

NOTE - How not to get banned
Make sure you always use a script you trust, make sure it takes breaks too, don't run them 24/7, maybe 6 hours a day, after all that work just to get banned ;). Don't always keep them mining, take them to other tasks every once in awhile, like fish, train more combat, cook, anything, or maybe even do a quest or two! ;)
