It is absolutely possible, but keep in mind that not everyone can be moderators or administrators. (liek meh) We are currently experiencing a large amount of people who want to register just to be moderators or even administrators. Remember that this is not what this forum is for or about, this forum is a blackmarket for a game called RuneScape, and in this forum membership status does not count. (If you don't count the banned.) If you want to become a higher ranked member, I can say as much as that it is fully possible for everybody, you just have to earn the right to have the position too.

So, to answer your question - maybe. Advertising is not enough by itself, as you will have to contribute, make useful posts and be generally helpful towards the community. But I'm pretty sure that, that are your intentions, riiight? :p


Take me as an example. Striker made me an administrator; and what did he get in return? The very first hour I found out I was made an administrator, I spent one or two hours managing the forum; creating new sections & subsections, deleting non-useful ones ect. And I still do.

Well of course they are my intentions. There is absolutely no point of becoming a moderator/admin on a forum if you do not wish to contribute or help in any way, shape or form. Not to say that I'm getting ahead of myself, but I've had a look through the forum, and (no offense) noticed a few things that could do with a bit work, and noted them in my head. But what could you expect from a new forum?

That decision was a great one. You have been VERY helpful with organising the forums, finding skin ect.

As for mods. We have no need to have moderators yet. Once we get some more members.

i think we got enough admins!

I can only promise that good deeds will not go unnoticed at BlackScape. If you have an idea for an improvement, send me a PM or post here.

And striker, thanks a lot.
Only thing is - I've changed a lot of settings, added, removed and all the other stuff, but djcheater is responsible for the skin changes, so thank him for that.

And finally, I want to thank you for giving me and SRL this forum.

Hmmmm.... that banner is horrible, Great idea since Sp0rk-eh went down, willing to help with anything particularly the graphics I have a great idea for it so I'll have a muck around in Gimp if you can give me the dimensions.

Nice. I can see you are l33t with gimp, but there might be some breach of copyright infringement, being that it is a Render of the main runescape logo.

Well, if Youtube do take the video down due to copyright infringements, then I'll just make another one with the banner that Torrent made.

And saying that I help out, like I said above, there's no point joining a forum if you're not going to contribute.

Also, I don't know if you've read them, but I've sent you some PMs, one of them contains BlackScape's Youtube username and password, and also BlackScape's Hotmail email address and password. It's up to you whether you want to share them with the administrative team. If you don't, then I won't tell anyone.

On another note, I'm going away for two days later on today. And on the 13th of this month, I'm going abroad and will be back on the 27th of this month. But when I get back, I'll be keen to make sure that I act like my title says, and will do double work for the time that I missed.
