how do i fix this?
Really nice script! Any chance you can make it craft jewellery from gold ore? Training crafting along with smithing will be fantastic!
It can craft from gold bars :/ Just look on the first post of the thread itll tell you what jewelery it can make
post post
This script would be awesome if updated again!
so far i am loving this script thank you so much
hm i can't seem to get it to work for holy symbols i can make it work with everything else is anyone else having this issue
Could anyone give me constructive feedback? (some scripting knowledge is needed...) Script broken in entirety? Only certain things are broke from changes in game? SRL is outdated?
My other Summer job started so I'm even busier now, I don't know when/if I'll get back to fixing this up atm.
Thanks for the script. Works flawlessly for me :D
Just ran this overnight and I haven't had any issues with the bitmap errors. I did have to fix the unofficial screenshot anti-leech, but you've said that's more of a feature than a bug at this point, and it was trivial to do.
Here's the progress report. New to Simba, so not sure what to make of the random failing (saying it's disabled makes me think it's an error on my end), but until then it was smooth and steady crafting gold bracelets.

the Al-Karad Smelter grabs my ores, (copper and tin) goes to the furnace, lags a bit, then goes back to the Bank, deposits the ores the grabs them again. I do see it attempt to smelt, but it doesn't seem to click, and immediately goes back to bank. It is correct however that I haven't smelted anything. Also i had to comment out the ScreenShots variable on line 1787 to get it to compile the current version at the bottom of the original post.
I was messing around a little with the game settings, and I've managed to recreate the hovering over Mandrith. Turning the graphics level to High not only caused the script to wander aimlessly, but on one occassion, also caused the cursor to develop its Mandrith fascination.
There could obviously be multiple causes, but that seems like a reasonably straightforward one, just forgetting to change settings back after legit play.
it's been over a month since you updated it, but does it still work?
I need to add a FAQ / common problems to first post as usually the problem is user setup.
- Make sure you are using Fixed screen and using safe mode (minimal graphics)
- Form setup starts at player '0' NOT '1' if your only use one player make sure its '0'
- If you don't understand how to setup DeclarePlayers in the script I suggest using the Form (just push play do nothing else)
- When you push play SMART is loaded first before the Player Form pops up... just wait

Just one of many, (Had to do a couple of different jewellery. Runs perfectly, no real complaints or areas to improve on in my opinion.
Good job! (:
been using this same script 4 99 crafting, and doing smithing right now. Getting constant 5 hour runs. Any1 know ban rate at edgy cannonballs? i don't see people here that much nowadays.. and btw thanks narcle 4 99 crafting :D

Had two sessions last night, but my computer auto-restarted after a security update to my firewall. One was 2:30 hours, one was 3:30 hours, and roughly 7,000 bracelets crafted between the two.
Feedback:
It'd cut down slightly on the actions required to bank at the windows rather than the bankers, but I'd assume it would also be more difficult to consistently get the right placement to bank. There's potential to gain a second or two per inventory, maybe a 1-2% improvement overall.
Likewise, the ability to smelt gold ore and then craft into jewelry would be convenient, and there's probably already the ability to add an extra routine by copying some of the code--I'd try it myself, but my background is in Java, so I'm still learning the new language. I've been using your script to work out how to perform actions, though, so I'm going to try to get that functionality in a week or two, and if I can figure it out, I will of course share it.
Watching for random hovering bugs, I've been able to generate them again by incorrectly setting the graphic settings, but I've never seen them on Safe mode - Minimum detail - Fixed screen. I feel rather confident in saying that any such bug is down to configuration errors.
Overall an outstanding script.
narcles, the main probems are with bars anytime its bar to ball or for me bar to bracelet it clicks the bar and then hovers over the furnace then goes to bank so it clicks furnace 1 out of 5 times. same problem with c balls.
Finally got it to work. :spot: will post a progress report for you soon. The UI that pops up after running the script was giving me an error, so instead of filling the UI out I just changed some things in the script itself and now works great.

Beautiful script. 40-68 (For Do no Evil)
Amazing
thanks once again
I don't know if this is being updated anymore, but this is still the best AK smithing script out there. Proof below.

Clearly there is no need to update :D Even though I am only making steel bars, that is more then enough for me atm.
