Ran out of secondary ore, NTARelix is now inactive.
Everything seems good/accurate except the XP Gained. I checked that and there was like a 230000 difference between the amount said and the actual amount. I don't know how that worked, but it does the main job right which is smith so that's good. I was smithing mithril bars btw.

I have the same problem. I get to my fifth load, then when going back to the furnace, seems to stop, says it can't find the furnace, and then quits.
Ran it a couple of times and it worked :)

For the "Failed to find furnace" problem, try adding a failsafe for finding the furnace... make your own Bitmap or DTM for the furnace symbol (the SRL one seems to fail for me) I haven't perfected mine cuz I still get get stuck there, but maybe Narcle will figure something out to fix it...
When trying to smelt steel it withdraws the iron and the coal fine, walks to the furnace, smelts into bars and then stops. I get error message:
[Runtime Error] : Exception: Can't allocate the DIB handle in line 160 in script
Update: Shutdown and restarted everything, changed worlds and the problem went away.
Question: is it supposed to log out every 15min or so for a random number of seconds?

I fixed up the ToFurnace procedure a little bit, and it seems to work great now.
I am about to test with 1k iron and 2k coal lets see what happens!
It did quite well on my 2.8k of bronze bars; I found myself in lummy twice and at the wizard's tower once, and had to restart the script twice, but all things considered that's rather good! But now I've started steel, it's going quite slowly (done 200 bars, got this twice and had to restart; I was just watching it to check it would be OK).

Restarting my computer fixed the issue, but now another issue (less serious) has popped up; Sleeping does not log me out. It just sits there counting down, with my bank open. Only tested once.

UPDATED POST:
I have been testing this for 3 days now, and it has done well. 2.8k of bronze bars and 2k of steel already done (other 2k in progress). The breaks work fine, but for the anti randoms I end up in the wizard's tower for some strange reason, and once in lummy with noted items (presumably miles). One last thing; the progress reports are in-accurate.

I'm making steel, and I don't even have 85993 experience in total smithing...
More like just over 400 bars smelted, I think it might mean number of ores used. In a couple of weeks i'll be smelting 20k of steel (or 10k mithril, haven't decided) so that should give a really good chance to get a good working proggie.
The sleep also works fine now.

when the player enters the amount of bars to be smithed, it looks as if 33, is entered everytime, i realize users can change this manually themselves, but it would be good for antiban aka smithvar(28+random(28))

The only time it ever stops is when I loose my internet connection or sometimes it says failed to find furnace even though it is right next to it.
So far I have done just about 10k steel bars with this script in just under 3 days. It is great!
BTW: Is there a way you can turn off character switching because I am only using one and it keeps on logging out every 15 mins to switch.

I know this is not so safe but it has never lost its way realy. After this modification it runs okay. Before that it exit after about 200 bar. After I have run out of ore, but almost 500 bar done.
If you are going to update it there is a problem with it not always doing full loads. It will do like 4 bars then go back to bank before it is done smelting.

I do not have 24k bars smelted, but because it doesn't do full loads (and maybe doesn't count correctly) It says I have many more than I actually do.
