A 10 day ban? I see the user disabled message expecting to have to go looking for an appeal and all I get is a 10 day ban. It's not the best account ever, only 2 stats over 90 (93 range 93 mage) but worth having. I was expecting banning but just wanted to have a go anyways =P. FYI I was auto alching!
I just got a 10 day ban on a resonably good account, 82 smithing, 91 mining, I was making cannon balls. :-) Oh well, the risks we take!

Exactly. I just had two F2P guys perm banned for macroing a couple of weeks ago. And they were in a 6 player rotation (other 4 didn't get banned O_o) so it wasn't like I was autoing with them too much. I'm guessing I got reported on those 2.Quote:

I got a 10 day ban for auto alching today, its my 2nd 10 day ban for breaking rule 7, last time i got it when using Hy's cave runner. This time i was expecting the worst, but got reliefed when i saw the 10 day text. This happened on my barrows "pure", 99 str (autoed), 90 att (legit), 70 def, 90 mage (74-90 autoed in a couple of days).
The simple repeating tasks they catch you fairly easily... I'm on my 5th 10 day ban... I've been auto smelt/cball making in a very remote place. Its just too easy to auto I think. ...But yeah 5th 10 day ban.

When i used my Smart i just macroed 7-9H day:)
If you are online 24/7 someone gonna misstake you and "REPORT" you and you get 10Days "Ban" so stop Macro so much:)

Wow I feel pathetic my main got banned (71attk, 76str, 70def) but you guys make my main seem like a little unfinished pure and I have played 4 years :D but I am gonna try appealing it.

I havent autoed at all in like 2 years. The main account i used to auto was just banned a few weeks ago. Wow jagex, no offense, but ur kinda slow lol.

My main (which sucks) I played legit until I found out about bots =D. I never made it a mem, I just wanted to be a rich noob without investing any money in it. My first ban was a 5 blackmark ban of 10 days, 2nd and 3rd were also 10 day bans, now it has 92 wc and I am not going to auto on it anymore.
I auto'd mage non stop for 4
days and got a 10 day ban ^^

What's the point of macroing if you don't want to level fast?
All of my f2p accounts that have been banned were permanently banned after one breaking of rule 7. Never once has a f2p of mine been giving another chance. My members accounts on the other hand have been giving up to four ten day bans and then finally a permanent ban. Perhaps I am just unlucky when it comes to f2p accounts. :mad:
And I would say 10+ hours a day is a bit of overkill. I typically aim for 3-4 hours (looks like a 'normal' amount of game time) for Monday-Friday and then maybe 5 hours or so on Saturday and then an extra two at night. I mean, you have to think, it is kind of obvious if you have a player playing for 8+ hours at a time, who can do that? Especially with the repetition runescape requires. Click...click....click....click....8 hours?!?! Come on! Bust your brain trying to high alch for that long in one sitting!

When I used to use scar the most was 8 hours every night for a week or two. 80 hours in a week is huge lol, good job.
The second time you will auto 80hours you will get a perm ban remember that lol
