I've noticed some new armor for free world people: Corrupted Dragon.
Like Dragon, but with Corrupted in front. Armor set is slightly different. Haven't been able to get my hands on one.
Anybody know more about it? I've checked RuneHQ and nothing.

It disappears after 30 minutes, it has the same stats as the normal armor.
So you waste 100k for a fake dragon sword for 30 minutes?

It's basically for f2p people to get a chance to use one of these items probably so it makes them more interested to become a member.
O good job i was gunna buy 1 when i was buying a d scim i seen a corrupted 1 i thought i will try and buy 1 but nope no look lol i wonder how to get them what monsters drop em?
It's a possible reward for the new PvP.
I think they are trying to show f2p members what they can get in p2p, kinda cheap if you ask me.

by allowing you to hit over 25 in f2p....lol
I saw some guy that had bought his, he was showing off around a small group and I walked over and laughed at him. That is basically the stupidest thing too buy if you aren't able to keep it. What is it good for other than enticing new people for members?
just seen a lv 93 member with c d legs. waste in p2p. in f2p they will own.
Not only do they disappear, but I don't think the corrupted dragon weapons have specials. Imagine f2pers trying to figure out why dragon daggers are so awesome.
But they still are superior compared to the good old rune scimmy in f2p..Quote:

Dragon armour was never meant to be for F2P, and never should have been. But now Jagex have been idiots and given it to them. The main factor about becoming P2P for most people was getting Dragon armour.

It seems a bit silly that people will pay that much, but it does give members a chance to try certain items out before they pay the full price.
