N C D S seems like a good guy, and his story seems almost believable to me. So I say the temp ban should be enough.
N C D S is NOT Iroki (in other words Manfromczech).
Iroki, a scripter who put a password stealing part in his script came back, under the name of "manfromczech.
SO :

Iroki = manfromczech.

Another thought...Have you ever considered that you don't know everything about your friends? I agree that N C D S probably is telling the truth, but it is wrong of you to require proof when you aren't offering some.
He needs proof because what he is saying could get him banned from this website.
