I got viruz, help plx

Ive noticed recently that my CPU is very high and that when I boot XP I see an IE window that connects to some site and then its poof gone, I try to scan, and the PC freezes mostly when the scan is almost/near completion (maybe to keep the virus going..)

Why is it connecting to a site?

Help plx

Edit : AVG finds these viruses and then I stopped it, and rebooted but now they are still there..

Try downloading and running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from here. Run a full scan, and let it restart your system if it asks.

its malwhere use nortan of trend micro.

Conficker virus?

Go to http://www.confickerworkinggroup.org...feyechart.html and see if it is Conficker.

windows? if so do the usecare. it works.

They do, you just have to be trying.

Format C:\

Or, you can try installing NOD32 and turn on Advanced Heuristics, then do a full scan. You should be clean then.

But I would reformat :p

My brother uses IE, I download alot of Cracking/Hacking software.

Ok then. You need to:

1) Uninstall IE.
2) Install Firefox
3) Install ESET/NOD32
4) Run *all* exe files using Sandboxie
5) Stop doing illegal stuff ;)

You can't uninstall Ie. just make all shortcuts go to firefox.

You can, actually. All you need to do is force the delete, or replace it with a blank exe file.

GL using any VB.Net apps that run in a web browser on the form then

firefox/chrome will be able to run everything.. >.>

VB loads the IE brower to display webpages in the program, those will all fail.

Your something worse then a virus - your a cancer, so dont talk about me or to me.

I download viruses myself to experiment with them, but I guess sometimes it backfires :/
