Suggestions:
Needs a "<1 Year" choice.
Just a yes/no boolean on "Jagex pl0x", "Referred?" sections?
Remove the attachments section, because: 1) I think it is restricted to lower members (it was when I tried applying for members), and 2) because no one wants to have to download a .scar file to view their code.
Last thing: add a ReCaptcha there. (Spambots usually find forms like that and abuse them).

I don't play rs any more (Because of SATs and ACT and other school related things which I must do) I will probably never have time to update mt script for rev 32 or + (some function were broken).
