SRL Converting to CTS 2!
We are now beginning to convert to Colour Speed 2.

This means that all Auto Colours will now be in CTS 2 and that much more accurate.

More accurate means more fun? Right? :)

To be completely accurate, we need probably 80-100 of each AutoColours colour.

If you feel like contributing, here is how you can do it:

Obtaining the Colours:
1. In the Scripting Tools folder in SRL, open up ACA v2.
2. At the top, goto Client -> Client Window -> Click Minimize on Capture
3. Open up RS in FireFox or IE.
4. Select a world that is fairly high on the list, I suggest 4-15, this makes things faster.
5. Log into your character.
6. Open ACA v2 and press function 4 (F4).
7. ACA will now have the image of the client open. Click the colour you are looking for.
8. Go back to FireFox or IE, refresh the page.
9. Repeat steps 3 through 8 until you have the desired amount of colours.
10. Following getting all of your colours, goto File -> Save As.
11. Goto the path where you saved this file, and open it using Notepad/Wordpad/Caderno.
12. Copy the contents and post them here!

Just edit the following example to for your colours. :)

The current autocolour works fine and quick enough for me :Q
No use changing it from something that works, to something that has a possibility of failing, but just being a few milliseconds quicker?

Also, make sure you login, logout, then login again so the colours get stabilized.

I have them from mainly 1 server with reloading the page, relogin but when I have tried different servers the colors did not change much. But if you want colors from different servers I can start again :P

I don't see the need of rwriting all of them...

HSL Finds them much more accurately with a broader range. Its much better for Auto Colouring.

Bank symbol colours can already be found using Symbol.scar. But if you have any other suggestions please let us know. :)

I tried to get the middle of the "tree" at the tree colors. I hope it's good, but i don't got too much of them(they are so different :S, what if I wrong).

And aren't there more type of dirt road? And bridge? Which should we get? And what about the sand color? From where should we get it? I need some suggestion to be as efficient as I can.

I'm thinking we should still get colours, but should setup CTS1.. Just because its faster, and its just as accurate in comparison the the colours on the Minimap.

Got some sand colors, I don't think it makes a difference if I got them from the MM or MS, but I marked it anyway. I got them from Catherby beach if it makes any difference.

Please note that the 'more accurate' part is when you use tolerance etc, so if you have an autocolor system that uses HSL, naturally there is no need to use HSL in the function that uses the color the autocolor is for...
