Well here is my 7000th post and happens to be around my 3 year mark :)
Hmmm well here is the abridged saga of Hobbit and SRL:
It was a very hot sunny day and my friend and I were going to Vancouver Island for a summer camp and so we were waiting outside for the Ferry. So then this kid come up that my friend knows, and turns out he is going to the same place as us. This kid's name was Judah, but to the SRL-Forums he is known as "cause". So we started talking and he told me about this thing him and his uncle (Flyboy) use for runescape that does stuff for them. And he explained it all to me on the ferry ride over. So when we got back from the camp I went over to cause's house and he showed me what he was talking about and gave me Benland100's email and the secret ip address for SRL. This was when SRL was still a private community. So I sent my application in to Benland and he posted it and I was polled and was accepted. So then I started SRL. I still didnt understand much and couldn't get much to work so I gave up for awhile. Then a few months later I came back and poked around the forums and soon after Fakawi has some personal issues he needed to address so the forums were transferred to Dankness. When this happened SRL became public and everyone who was a part of the private community was automatically made an SRL Member. The wait of the server switch kinda killed the interest in me so I again became inactive. So then again a few months later I came back and started posting again read ing tutorials and learned how to script. This became my line of "King Of Button's" Scripts that were truly epic :p So then I made a bitmap mask tutorial and gained my tutorial writers cup. I then attempted to make a tutorial runner script and it worked great but when I had finished it and was about to release it SCAR was updated from 2.03 to the new SCAR 3.00 Divi. This broke my script and I didnt want to rewrite it so it was never released. So I just stuck around and posted cause I loved this community. So then Starblaster100 started his scripting competitions and I was incharge of the community prize bank. So that went well until the trade limit killed it so my job was shot. So then a bit later I was made a mod and had a lot of fun doing that. Then 8 months after that I became and admin and about a week and a bit ago I became a dev.
