Not sure how much effort stopping them from struggling really takes, depends on the size of the animals, I didn't check the site or any vids, not that I'd be even remotely shocked by animal skinning, but I just cba to even look at PETA's site as PETA people are just a bunch of ugly, socially crippled people with a twisted world view and nobody else but their animals like them.

E: kingstun, that's really sad. That money will most likely go to some crazy person sitting in a cage screaming at children in a bloody pig suit. PETA just finds the most extreme cruelty towards animals and displays it as if every animal (except their own 27 cats per member) in the world is treated that way.

EDIT: I watched that video and wasn't shocked at all. Much worse happens to humans in the world to be honest, its just noone gives a frick about that happening to humans do they? Animals are more important to protect than all of those people living in poverty who live in worse and more squalid conditions than that slowly starving to death. Yeah, isn't that fair?

Animals serve no purpose than feeding us, humans except the cows in new zeland who are farting hole on the ozone thingy.

My view on this is that they should kill the animals, the pain is unnecessary.

I would like to point out to all of those saying it would be easier to kill them before skinning them, you are right. That is why they do, in fact, kill (or at least make them unconcious, like I said before, the movement you see is not concious movement) them before they skin them. You're saying hit them in the back of the neck or something before they skin them, did you not see the dude pick one up and fucking whack the ground like it was hammertime?

Yup. If the people bothered to READ what had been written, they would find out that being twated on the ground kills most of them, just not all of the time. Have you noticed that they only decided to show the alive ones being skinned? but never actually showed any dead ones being skinned on the video. Hmmm. Exaggerating again PETA?

I never said that I wouldn't steal if I had to to survive; I just said it's morally wrong... Nothing hypocritical about it.

It's horrible, but don't believe it if it comes from PETA. For all we know, those people were paid by PETA to do that, just for the video.

I'm not saying these things don't happen, only noting that you can never trust PETA.

This is a crule ordeal for animals to go through. why would anybody do this. what they gain from doing this,the hunters not the animals. i think it is unresonable for what ever reason.

1. PETA = terrorist foundation
2. That vid only shows live ones that were exceptions to the norm
3. animals prime instinct drives them, which is why we don't treat them on an equal level.

5. these people didn't grow up wanting to skin animals for a living, they got stuck with it because of the area they live in.
