You asked for a Website Designer, not a Website Coder.
Besides, you've posted this thread in Graphics, so people think you need someone to layout your website, and not code it.

Okay, I made a template for you that you can use. It does only require basic knowledge of CSS programming to code it. :)

You mean graphically or coding?
To assemble one button just take the btn_s and add a btn_m and drag the btn_m then add a btn_e at the end.
