There's not such thing as "fully recursive". Not to mention yours fails as the until clause will never be checked (due to Swim function being called forever without breaking. Likewise, you don't set the result at all, which is bad programming practice as usually when using recursive functions they either modify variables or return a variable through multiple calls (or at least so far in my experience)!

Anyway, just face it guys - I am the top swimmer.
