I was pointing out he stepped down as administrator.
Fuck off, I wouldn't have expected an SRL Member to try and log onto my SRL account, even less likely expected an admin on another forum. I'm sorry that my password was the same, but that doesn't justify his actions whatsoever.Quote:
if Richard had not had the same password
I'd say he took it away from himself. Or rather, he was the cause of it being taken away from him.Quote:
Yeah, hella shit is happening and everybody hates me now.
Just for a few little things.
If ZaszMedia was not around, then I would have not been in this mess. Better yet, if Richard had not had the same password, even then I would not have been banned. No fault on his part however, it was still mine.
Anyways, I am going to tell you that I am retiring as administrator of ZM...bye.
Btw, your passwords are same. I fail at cryptography and I also do not have access to the MySQL database or cPanel.
There you go, hope you are all happy. Taking away a part of my life. I have matured a bit and am continuing to mature. I don't know why you guys are making such a big deal of it. It's a section for Christ's sakes. If I had logged onto another SRL Member (non-SSRL) then I bet I would not even be banned as I would have had the same forum permissions.
I need to apologize to everybdoy for being the biggest dick ever.
Zasz
Wizzy
ToF
ian.
etc.
Cracking is serious business. It wouldn't have mattered who he had hacked, it is still a bad thing.Quote:

but maybe remembering should be enought?? I know what means to spend big part of live on SRL and got banned.
Richard, your taking it to seriously
he didnt do anything bad to your account
and he didint do half of the offences he was charged with
ive been on his comp through t.v.
He is not taking it too seriously, Da 0wner breached Richards trust aswell the trust of ZaSz and the whole of the SRL Community. No to mention he may have broken the vB privacy policy and maybe even their end-user agreement for him trying to figure out the salt they used on the password hashes!
He is guilty of every single one of the charges if not more
Explain and if he is so innocent because you "were on his computer through tv" then give us some evidence to back it up? Cause we sure got evidence to prove his guilt.
But it is quite serious... he claimed to be SSRL through my account. I honestly felt quite privileged silently knowing I was SSRL, but now everyone knows. You make not think its seriously, but I take it to be. He was one of the closest friends I had on SRL, then he does this. It doesn't just make you lose trust in him, it makes you lose trust in people in general. "Trust no-one" may be something I say myself now.
Sorry Iroki for bringing that up, was just saying that you can't just think about how it feels being banned, but how it feels having your account taken over.
He's taking it too seriously? So someone breaching your trust and holding a reputation you've worked for months- if not years- to build in their hand without your consent isn't something to take seriously?
He could have done plenty of bad things to Richard's account. It's just like hacking someone's computer; regardless of what you do, you're charged as a hacker (unless it is your own computer, ofc. )
There's plenty of evidence he did all of the offenses he was charged with; if you would like to offer substantial proof otherwise, please feel free to do so.
So what if you were monitoring him? I'm sorry, but I honestly don't trust you on your monitoring job. If it were a forum Admin, SRL Dev, Global Mod, or well-respected SRL member, it would be a different issue, but friends vouching for a person are bound to be bias towards their friend.

On another note, I would like to thank the SRL Staff for making an excellent chain of decisions on this matter. I hope people like this are never allowed back in to the community and trust that they never will be. :)

90% of you have no opinions of your own, you guys are mind controlled by all admins and mods here at SRL. Gratz!
I'm sure a lot of us, including me, don't believe some of the things he was accused of because we don't see that evidence. Such as
Quote:
Not only this but he has also been accusing several higher ranked members of leaking, while these claims have been proven to be untrue.
(First two don't mean much I guess, third one is a big one though)Quote:
if you use the one that you registered with or the one you currently have at ZaszMedia as Da 0wner decided to attempt to crack them.
Script Selling was brought up earlier, but I guess that's gone now.
All I see he did was come across a member's password, and used it to make people think he was SSRL. Sure, that deserves a ban in its own right, but from what I see he is not a hacker/cracker, which seems to be the base of the reason he was banned/should not be trusted.
Cnr Sport, what you're trying to do is actually tell people to follow what you think, to unban him. There is hard evidence that he did what he was accused of, nothing is going to change. Its like with that F4 hacker guy, no-one is going to trust someone like that, Da 0wner now is looked on as someone like that. What he did was against the rules, breaking rules = ban, and most rule followers don't like rule breakers. Its just the way it is.
And FYI, I can think for myself. I was the victim of this, so please shut up.
I am not surprised Da 0wner were banned, actually I expected it, he is just "like the type"... Da 0wner is a great guy though, but when he tried to log into Richards account then he went waaay to far.
Im just trying to explain to people. no one is listening to anything anyone defending da owner is saying. There just agreeing to the staff no matter what they say. If they said, he deserves de srl members status, or a 1 month ban. Everyone would of said, "perfect choice staff"
How do you know, "The type"
Thats not true.....
and FYI , last i checked . if someone gave me a password, and i tryed it on ONE other forum, i wouldnt consider that hacking.
100% right, he deserves a ban, not the one he received, its like going to jail for life , for doing something different, that deserves a year or two of time.Quote:

What ever, R.I.P Da owner
(I was just stating my 2-bit, not trying to start arguments)
Cnr, just leave this thread. Everyone here is thinking on their own anyways. Just because they have the same opinion as the staff and not you doesn't mean they are sheeping. You are trying to convince people to listen to you and get Da 0wner unbanned, and yes, people have said they WOULD try the account, but then continuing to pretend to be SSRL on someone elses account and taking pictures for christ sake, that is just plain stupid and proves that he cannot be trusted.
And hacking is gaining illegal access to something you shouldnt have. Logging into someone elses account without their consent IS hacking.
I can dig up some logs, if you want to. I never posted them because most of them are over MSN. (DaOwner speaking to an other person, and that persons sends it to me.)
He was constantly bothering the Staff directly, as well as indirectly.
His SRL Membership was a perfect example of direct annoyance.
However, very often I got someone (I think about 10 people total) to consult me (on IRC) about all the crap Da Owner has been telling them on MSN. I don't have all the IRC logs, but I may have some. I'm not posting them (yet) because I fully understand that those people don't want those conversations published.
It also includes one with Da Owner bragging with a .rar file of the zaszmedia database.
