I need this FF addon, name?

I used a tab control addon before that in simplicity refreshed the selected tab at an chosen interval, or an interval you put in yourself.

Anyone?

Check4change refreshes at fixed/chosen/random, but it also checks for changes :)

Edit : Keeps saying 'Please select the text you want to Check4Change.' -.-

Just select some random (static) text on the page, right click -> Check4Change and then you know what to do ;)
