I had like 60 in each skill (it was my main before i started boting). How recent... Hmm... Im not sure. All I know is that when I finishshed one, I started anoather :p I know about TAD, but i dont really care, if scar could make me this, he has the write to ban me to :)

It's more in practice, but in theory it's no joke. And by 'in theory' I mean if there was an equal number of people with 0 slayer as with 99 slayer. Of course there isn't an equal distribution, so it's 4 if jagex is lucky, but probably more like 6 or so. Then again, if they only look at the 10mil active players instead of the 100mil total accounts, then they would need less info to narrow it down. But let's assume an even distribution, and the full 100mil:

Let's say the first skill is 65 mining. And just for the sake of calculations let's say 1/100th of all accounts have 0, 1/100th have 1, 1/100th have 65, and 1/100th have 99 mining. So starting with 100 million accounts, they now have it narrowed down to 1 million accounts. Now they look at maybe 60 smithing, and again assuming 1% of all accounts have 60 smithing, and assuming 1% of all accounts with 65 mining have 60 smithing (in reality this is higher, since many people level mining and smithing together), they are now looking at 10 thousand accounts. Another skill, divide by 100 again, and they are looking at 100 accounts. Now looking at the 4th skill, if 1/100th of the accounts have that level, they do 100/100=1, so in theory they have narrowed it down to 1 account.

I doubt they would go through all that trouble tho :P and in the end they could still be making a mistake :)

Doing the actual cross-reference of 4 to 8 skill levels in a database of accounts that they already have would be no trouble nor cause any mistakes. Where they get the initial search parameters from would be a little trouble (logging in to a forum, looking for threads with account information) and could lead to mistakes (info is out of date, or pic of skill tab is shopped). So no need to really worry and wear tinfoil hats, but jagex could, if they wanted to, identify accounts with a relatively small percentage of information revealed about them.

On the other hand i have never really been to successfull at making a mostly autoed account. they all get banned. I had one that got like 55 str 40 range 40 attack like 65 fishing and maby 35 woodcutting ohh and like cooking in the 60's. it got banned though. i can't think of any that were very impressive.
