Well, since almost every other programming language will result true as soon as one statement is found true while using OR, it could be viewed as a bug, or a peculiarity. It should be viewed as something that needs changing, though

You might have access to SCAR's main form component, but not all propertys can be modified because of access restrictions ey

you might have to run it in the scar gui thread.

i forget the scar function.

well actually if you do it right you can do what ever you
want with SCAR.... and you won't get the ERROR, im pretty sure if you threadsafecall it then you can change anything using getself works for my computer :)

I know that, but involving threadsafecall changes the matter, hence I've also considered removing getself and getapplication and putting the nessecary features into functions, though i haven't done that so far

That will make it stay on top, but if you use ShowForm instead of ShowFormModal (Like I did) you have to call form again after the first click for some reason, maybe a bug in SCAR? That's only way how I can make it to be on top.

I was going to make a tutorial about it but find it too hard to explain with my english skills, hah.

iv had that conversation before with him, freddy never changes his mind, once he gets an idea in his head.....

but if it does get removed, we can make loads of scripts which use that GetSelf and GetApplication, so people need 2.03 to run it :D

I was going to post about this too, I have heard that Blizzards anticheat system Warden can see what programs you are running. Not confirmed tho, but many people tend to change form captions/program names because of this.

Better to be safe than sorry.

If they can see that, they can see the name on the process list in task manager.

Blizzard's warden client is a very advanced anticheating system (much more advanced then Jagex' one). Of course it does everything Jagex does, but more:
They not only retrieve progress lists, they also scan the whole memory! They make hashes of every progress and send them to blizzard, where the hashes are compared to the hashes of macro's. Window titles and that kind of stuff are also sent to them.
Warden is used in almost all Blizzard games with an online function.

Like I said, if you use the unsigned client you don't have to worry about any of those things, because an unsigned applet does not have access to the filesystem, or any memory or processes outside of it's own sandbox. No UIDs, no sub IPs, no window-spying... What other perks are there to using unsigned?

the only "perk" is no UID read from a file. Same condition can be achieved using signed by first deleting the file.

This is no window spying, ips are seen by the server not the client.

This is true for what we know now, but there is always a possibility they could check open windows, or even scan the harddrive for cheating programs. If you use the unsigned client you can feel safe no matter what they do. :)

Ok, that's all very nice to know, but erm... check the thread title everyone, it doesn't say anything about cheat detection and such ;)

So back on topic...

SCAR Divi is delayed a bit as most of you might've noticed, that's why I haven't set a release date yet, there are some instability issues which I'm trying to solve first before i can continue finishing it up for release...

Well, I don't think SCAR divi will come out within the next three months. It's been almost 3 months since the announcement of a new SCAR... Wow.

But it makes sense. No one wants SCAR to crash during a 6 hr autoing spree and come back later to see that the script only ran for 5 minutes, then SCAR gave up.

Even so, its surprising that freddy isn't getting anyone to help him with the coding. A project as large as SCAR is quite difficult to do alone. I don't have any knowledge of delphi, true, but even so - he could involve other people that do (if there are any).
