SCAR will most likely not work on a game application, because the App hijacks the mouse.
If you do happen to find a FPS that SCAR can move the mouse on, you'll probably notice that it doesn't move the mouse properly, because it moves the eye towards the mouse when you move it up, or something like that. I'm not entirely sure why, actually, that's just my experience.

SCAR was made to auto on mmorpg games, not FPS games so I do not think it will be possible
It is possible, but you have to do some more math than you would have to do if you were to make a script for another game

Scar is to slow, because it interprets the code, also you can't just make a aimbot for such a game.
You have to many colours that match, for a good aimbot you will probably have to hook onto the game and then do something with vectors and/or game code writing/reading.

it may or may not work, but i think it will be worse than humans and even if you could get it to work, then it still wouldnt compare to the current aimbots. They detect people through walls and whatnot.
And that's exactly why I don't play games for PC :P
