No contest. Also notice the key words: "better", "higher", "more". The iPhone simply doesn't have many of the things Android (in this case, the Evo) has, and only improves on a select few (and Android beats it in nearly as many).
1) There is absolutely no way any of that will happen
2) As stated above, MP means nothing

Their bars explanation doesn't make sense. People aren't complaining only about the visual aspect (less bars), they're dropping calls as soon as they death grip their phone. Apple is just buying some time till they can figure out a way to get this over with smoothly without creating an uproar.
