Etherfreaks Longbow Cutter, and Stringer (simba)
Attached you will find a script to cut a longbow out of any log, and a script to string any unstrung bow. They have been used in simba, but should work in scar (untested in scar)

The setup is fairly simple. First set how many cycles you wish to have it run. A cycle is 28 bows cut, or 14 bows strung. the next line is if you want to cut bows, or string bows. the next few lines are where the logs, unstrung bows, and strings are in your bank account. as it is set up now, logs are in the first bank slot, strings are in the second one, and unstrung bows are in the third. this can be changed to suit your needs. further down, fill your username and password, if you want to use the auto login feature. then run, and you should be good to go. if you want to use smart, just remove the // in front of //{.Include SRL\SRL\Misc\SMART.SCAR}.
Please note there is not a random solver within these programs. should it encounter one, they will usually just break, but be aware there is a possibility of not breaking.
Known bugs:
Sometimes it will not withdraw an item. This is often due to lag on the computer.

I am posting this for those that wish to use it. Please note this is my first major upload, so if something is unclear, I will do my best to explain it, but I do not need insults or rude remarks. if I feel that my work is not appreciated, I will let it sit on my hard drive, and not bother sharing it.

I have added smart. I did it kind of rushed due to little time with school. I plan on smoothing it out.

smart is smoothed out. Please note, you will need to set the inventory slots appropriately for your use. Also not, I have removed the old smart, and uploaded a new one in its place.

Made it all one file. Also fixed issues due to the runescape update.

I no longer have membership, so I may not be able to correct issues due to future updates. However, the script is mostly based on SRL, so the script should remain working through the updates to come. I will do my best to offer support the best I am able, and I may get membership sometime in the future, and want to resume using this script.

I still do not have membership, but the original still works. I decided to revamp it, with a more formated look, and also removed static wait times, and changed it to detect what was happening in the inventory instead. This will keep you from clicking if you timed out for some reason. this also means you could use this for some parts of herblor, if you wanted to. I have not tested it, but base my statements on other peoples tests. if there is a problem I need detailed feedback to help fix the issues.
Update#6
I still do not have membership, but I have updated the script to cut again due to the update. I have fixed the cutting, and the script now supports tool belted knifes. I also added the soul wars chest bank, with thanks going to sander70.
Because I do not have members, there still may be an issue or two, but I need to know about them with DETAIL. I do not wish to hear "fix ur script, it dosnt wrok" or something along those lines. If you feel that you can loan me a members script to make sure its working right, it would make my life easier to fix, but if I do not get the necessary help, I have no issue moving this to the unsupported section if I do not get the necessary input from users to know if its working or not working, and why.
