Yup... Im sure you can fight, but its sad that this is such a real situation. You either must fight (as in you throw the first punch), or somebody else is almost guaranteed to do something to you. I feel for ya D: I don't party much or go out to many places, but for school its easy to say, Fighting > All in the minds of those no-lifes. Its either you win or lose, but if you don't fight it nothing will change.
You hit that kid first, and then started to lose the fight so you pulled a knife. What you did was wrong. I do not care if you fight people all day long, but pulling a knife was uncalled for in this situation, reguardless of the bullying..
Its pretty obvious that one of the friends pushed him to the ground while he was fighting, he was put into a position where someone would get jumped. Ofcourse he would take out something to protect himself, its a natural thing to do. Have you even been jumped before? you know how it is. You get pushed onto the ground from behind or the side, you lay on the ground, and your head and body get stomped on or punched from 2 (or usually much more) people, even hit with a weapon/rocks in some cases. By all means, taking a knife to school was very dangerous, but its not unnatural that he wielded it at that point. He did not swing it (which is very surprising, its a very sane thing to do to not actually swing it), he simply took it out to show the severity of what was about to happen to him.Quote:

Dervish your situation really does suck. I have never been a bully or been bullied on but I know your situation is a common one.
Even though schools say they want to prevent bullying, they do absolute shit at standing up to it. The pussies who bully play it off like it never happens and still do it, really fucking annoying. Some people are just so damn blind about bullying happening in their schools they are ignorant to it when it slaps them in the face like this.
Who do they blame? The blame the kid who fucking got pushed over the edge b/c it's been going on too long. They are fucking lucky it was just a knife...
I remember having to stand up to for kids like yourself (I've gotten a 3 day suspension for standing up for someone) and it is just annoying how people get themselves all feeling good because they pick on someone that think perceive to be 'not as good' when really you are SSOOO MUCH better than those asshole.
The knife, yes was a bit uncalled for period. Shouldn't have a knife with you at all during school hours. So that I frown upon but if the essay was already written and in class, the teacher could have easily seen it was done and he would have ultimately gotten in trouble (unless the school is full of fucking dipshits).

I am expelled, but they don't put it that way, they "move" me to another school without it appearing like I'm expelled in my school history... However way that's possible ?
1) About having a knife on you :
I know it perhaps was a bit of an overreaction to pull it out, but I didn't mean to hurt anyone. Having a knife on you reassures you, although using isn't (ever) good.
But as I said, I didn't have it as a proper knife but as a tool.
2)Perhaps the kid that went crazy and pulled a knife had a reason to do so ? Nobody does anything about bullying, you have friends, when things start to heat up, they leave you there, in the shit. Parents ? They go to the school. The school ? Doesn't do anything, talking usually never solves anything.Quote:

Thanks for the support... I still don't know how this will work out, my parents take care of the most.
The kid has been in hospital for 2 days and apparently the knife pierced the part without bones between the thumb and the index finger.
I was in kind of the same situation as you but not as such bullying.
I am quite small for my age so some bigger guy thought it was fine to take the piss out of me saying i couldnt fight and all that.
Next day when i was told by a mate i walked straight up to him said if you are that big hit me, he swung i ducked and beat him to a pulp.
Now i am not saying it is what is best, but in some cases it is, sometimes people need to be SHOWN that it is wrong.

I would take the interview, but be VERY careful about what you say. You need to spin it in your favor. You'll find in life that people will let everything slide until the moms in the community hear that some poor little boy (using these terms for effect, no offense :P) was bullied so much, IN A CLASS ROOM, that he felt he needed to pull out his small dull knife for security. And that the kids beating on him didn't bother to notice it and punched the knife. Then the kid that was being beaten was removed from school.
Public opinion is pretty much the only driving force for politicians, well, that and money. (your school supervisor is a politician).
