switching players

Since I havn't made a new account in a long time, the @ symbol problem isn't effect me. But when a script logs out to change players, this screen appears sometimes.

Now when I disable smart, pause script, click leave alone, and then enable smart and start the scirpt again it logs in the next player no problem. I do not know what is causeing this to display but if there is something I can do in runescape to stop this from displaying sorry for posting this. If there isn't is there anything SRL can do?

EDIT: My graphic settings are the normal SRL settings, safemode and what not
